Who
is TopCoat?
TopCoat is an
established, registered Close Corporation (CK
94/41302/23). Richard Carolin formed the company
in October 1994 and since then TopCoat has divided
its efforts between private clients and selected
construction companies.
Richard personally oversees all work undertaken
by TopCoat, helped by Contract Manager Jay Rammunlgal.
Richard has many years' experience in the painting
industry,
having previously managed the painting division
of a large company. He also visits all sites
and personally prepares all TopCoat's free quotations. |

Richard's motto is that "The bitterness of poor quality
and bad service will be remembered long after the sweetness
of a low cost is forgotten."
TopCoat supports fair labour practise for its 25 full-time
employees, most of whom have been with the company for
a number of years. All staff are carefully screened before
appointment to ensure the utmost security for you, the

TopCoat's Experience includes
Preparation and painting of a wide variety of surfaces
with selected suppliers' specialised products.
Coating of structural steel, industrial floors, and walls
with hard wearing, impervious products.
Spraying of multi-coloured coatings and roof paints.
Application of a range of textured coatings, including
Marmoras coatings, Spectraplast, Vadacrete, Tuskcrete
and cement-based decorative coatings such as
Cemwash
and Coprox.
Minor building alterations and repairs and fixing of
spalding concrete.
General maintenance, from hanging pictures to providing
large teams of labourers.
