Mill
Topcoat worked closely with Resnikov and Nielsen on this restoration project. The building and mechanism were totally restored to full working condition by local and Dutch craftsmen.

Topcoat undertook all external work, painting the walls with traditional white wash and restoring the shutters of this famous building to a usable condition.
